Guest：I came for dinner with my family and everything was perfect, very tasty food, nice drinks and great service from dynise, lisa, cornelle, michellm and also chef nigel and chef yanick. Thank you guys so much for making our night special.
Guest：There was one receptionist that was incredibly helpful and kind. The rest of the staff is extremely slow at serving. We rented the presidential suite...very nice suite but there was nothing to drink in the fridge and no snacks whatsoever. We won't come back

Christy and Christine were incredibly attentive and made the visit truly special, offering one of the most unique spa experiences we’ve had. From the soothing foot bath to the warm towels and the calming rain instrument, every detail contributed to a deeply serene atmosphere. The spa itself is beautifully designed, with exceptional facilities including a hammam, steam room, and sauna. The pool is simply stunning. This experience was the highlight of our stay at L’Escale and the perfect way to bring our visit to a close.
Guest：Treated me like family. I ended up having my luggage displaced and needed clothing. They opened up the boutique on a day that it was closed just so I can buy some things. The food was amazing, the service and staff was incredible! I will definitely be coming back.
