The hotel is well situated for the town of Luino. The train station is across the road and the lake ferry just a short walk away, the staff are fabulous and look after the guests. Bikes are available if you’re feeling brave. If not the town is nice to walk around with some great restaurants only seconds away from HI

For the price paid it fulfilled the requirements and room was fine with good hot water and essentials

Reception staff was welcoming and polite.
Room could do with redecorating, especially the bathroom. Glad I didn’t pay full price for the room I got. Walls seem to be pretty thin too.
Bed was comfortable though and managed to get a decent sleep whilst the hotel was quiet.
Served its purpose.

I had a wonderful two nights in this hotel. The service was impeccable, the staff so very kind, the room was comfortable and everything one would expect from this kind of a hotel experience. It was very nice touch, too, to have a welcome note and chocolates in my room. The views from the room were beautiful and the breakfast bar was fantastic. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Quero agradecer à esquipe do hotel por terem me recepcionado t?o bem. Meu v?o foi adiantado de última hora e meu checkin era às 12h, cheguei de madrugada e me deixaram hospedar-me mesmo antes do meu horário de check-in. Fiquei muito agradecido por isso. Alem disso, a hospedagem foi excelente, otima localiza??o, funcionarios muito cordiais e limpeza e instala??es em ótimo estado. Saludos desde Brasil, hermanos!

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo, el obelisco, San Telmo, zona céntrica. Pero lo mejor es la atención de todo el personal, mejor que un 5 estrellas. Desde la reserva Tina en forma virtual, Germán en la administración y todo el personal. Estuvimos en habitación 209 un poco ruidosa, se escuchaban los ruidos de su estacionamiento, solo eso por cambiar. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

Excellent value for money - superb restaurant on site and breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of parking but access very steep and can be tricky with uneven surface. Lighting went out in the shower (circuit/blown bulb) so had to use the torch on my iPhone
