Dear PhillipI'm really sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. It sounds like there were several issues with your room that should have been addressed, especially given that you reserved a luxury room.It's frustrating when things like broken lamps, worn sealant, and plumbing problems aren't taken care of, and it's even worse when there's no hot water and no apologies from the staff.
