When it comes to the mentioned wellness fee - we are sorry if you were not given a proper information about your reservation from the provider of your stay (the platform you had booked and bought your stay through) - not all the rooms have the SPA entrance automatically included, since the rooms (and the room’s packages) and their prices differentiate by the level of services automatically included.
