Guest：Biggest mistake ever -I got sick before traveling and asked if they would make and exception for me to cancel but they absolutely cold heartedly refused me-anyways this place is in the middle of ABSOLUTELY nowhere / nothing going on/ could barely almost find any place to deliver food to me/ the answer to any question that I asked and I mean ANY question was ALWAYS NO- they could not even tell me how to get directions to the bus stop, and then gave me absolutely wrong directions for which I had to pay for an uber to get me back- this is not a criticism of the staff im just sharing what happened but on a positive note Naz and the ladies and Sue (breakfast chef!!) were absolutely angels and made my stay com?for table! But honestly the location of this place is like ‘night of the living dead’ absolutely NOTHING going on and the deliveroo drivers etc WILL NOT DELIVER to you…. I WILL never go back to Birmingham most boring and crime infested city in the UK plus what the hell accent is that (can they please speak English because they all sound like ozzy ozborn) lol jk But serious appreciation for the front end ladies and especially Sue in kitchen (she is an absolute sweetheart!!??) so mixed bittersweet review
Guest：Just stayed at this hotel and I’m so glad I picked it! The room was surprisingly roomy — plenty of space to stretch out — and it was spotlessly clean from the bedding to the bathroom. Plus, the breakfast was such a nice touch, with fresh options that made every morning feel great. Would 100% recommend!
