Guest：Very good hotel
Guest：The room size is comfortable. The service is friendly. We absolute enjoyed the stay. The restaurant on the ground floor served great beef steak and Hassan provided great service. (They are also open during Ramadan). The location is close to everything. Minor thing was mini bar had nothing but tea bags which could be a little bit disappointing. But a Carrefour is nearby and you will be able to get anything pretty easily.
Guest：The hotel was nice and check in was easy. The rooms were beautiful just like the pictures! Shower was hot enough and the towels were huge, new and fluffy. Wasn’t a fan of the breakfast. I ate one day and opted out the next day. Sweetopia a few minutes away in Mega Mall has great breakfast! This hotel is walking distance to the Medina and a mosque. Would stay again!
Guest：Simple and clean hotel that is close to the main sights. Soundproofing of the windows from the Main Street is not as good so you might hear some noise at night. Staff was nice and the lobby is beautiful but service can be improved to make this a better experience. We asked if the hotel could help provide an umbrella as it was raining heavily but the reception simply replied that they did not provide umbrellas without offering alternative places to get one.
