位置非常棒，火车站就在楼下，公交站不远，到哪里都方便，坐车每次只要5角钱，有矿泉水，门口也提供矿泉水非常好??，南岸公园在对面，周围饭店很多，楼下有个比较大的超市。

地理位置特别好！距离火车站、汽车站和轮渡码头都很近，3分钟到南岸公园。
服务：有关服务不得不吐槽：订了四晚，居然有一天没有打扫衞生，而且是特意向前台提醒后仍然没有打扫。平时打扫也是马马虎虎，泡过茶的杯子没有更换，茶垢清晰可见，衞生间的水龙头上面全是水迹，这样的服务和衞生出现在这样规格的酒店真是让我们很吃惊。早餐是限量点餐，一人一份的西式早餐中国人不习惯。向酒店提出能否在后麪两天取消早餐，回覆是酒店没有问题，但我们是网上订购的，只要在网上与第三方沟通好就可以。结果是携程给予了积极协调，但酒店还是没有同意。不推荐国人选择这样的酒店。

My stay at the Emporium Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel instantly welcome. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect — their professionalism and attentiveness truly set this hotel apart.
The rooms were beautifully designed, combining modern luxury with absolute comfort. Everything was spotless, and the little touches — from high-quality amenities to thoughtful turndown service — showed the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
Dining at the hotel was another highlight. Every meal was beautifully presented and delicious, with service that was both prompt and personable. The concierge team was incredibly helpful, offering great local recommendations and arranging everything seamlessly.
What really impressed me most was the superb service. Every interaction felt genuine — the staff clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail of the guest experience.
If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with world-class service and a truly welcoming atmosphere, I can’t recommend the Emporium Hotel highly enough. It’s an experience that exceeds expectations in every way."

We had a great stay in Emporium Hotel. The room is very spacious and well equipped. Highlight is the roof top pool with towels and complementary water provided.

酒店位置极佳，就在南岸公园，步行即可到达河边、餐厅和各大景点。房间装修精致现代，床品超级舒服，窗外景色也很惊艳。
这个房型很火爆，要提前订才行，但真的爽
就是露天泳池白天所有人都能上来玩（酒店里的旅客），但是晚上十点后，只有住这里的才能用，整一层只有你一个人的感觉太美妙了，爽爆了
而且刚住进就送香槟，情绪价值给你拉满
工作人员非常专业又热情，从入住到退房都细心照顾，让人感到宾至如归

The location of the hotel is literally next to the train and bus stations - this is the best part of our hotel stay. Housekeeping can be improved because there is dust on top of the coffee machine and table tops, both upon check-in and after each subsequent housekeeping every other day. Also, our request for more body wash was not fulfilled, creating some inconvenience. Such a service standard is not in line with a good class hotel.
We went to Sydney after Brisbane, and the housekeeping standard of our Sydney hotel is much better. So, we have a comparison basis.
Notwithstanding the feedback above, we are satisfied with our stay at Emporium Hotel, South Bank. Thanks.

房间够大，装修风格是现代风。优点是：枕头被子较为舒服，电视机上配有电影，直接观看，不需要投屏，适合小朋友。room service 点餐总是准时 30 分钟以内。口味还可以，不油不咸，孩子喜欢吃pizza。就是 house keeping 不是很及时，第一天较早回到酒店，还没收拾毛巾床被。第二天出门前先打电话提醒他们。整个酒店是商务风格，冬天比较冷没在顶层游泳。离南岸公园近，过个马路就是，酒店旁就是火车站，偶尔能听到火车的声音，楼下有 metro 超市、药店、麦当劳、贡茶、饺子馆、便利店，便利十足。提拉米苏好吃。
