  • Guest：I had a great stay at InterContinental Al Ahsa from March 21–24. I booked two rooms for my family and kids, and everything went very smoothly. What really stood out to me was the people. From the bellmen and valet team to the management, everyone was friendly, professional, and always smiling. The valet team in particular was very helpful and quick, which made coming and going very easy for us. A special thank you to Mr. Yousif AlKhars. He really took great care of us and arranged an upgrade that made our stay even more enjoyable. He is extremely professional and always has a genuine smile. I was honestly impressed by how well he understands IHG benefits, even better than what I’ve experienced through the IHG Diamond call center. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and it’s rare to come across someone with that level of knowledge and attention. It was also nice to see Mr. Hussain AlHassan again, who I’ve known for years. As always, he was very supportive and welcoming. I also want to thank Maryam and Atheer. Even though I don’t remember all the names, every single person we interacted with was kind and helpful. I also had the chance to meet the General Manager of the hotel, Mr. Waleed AlHedad. He was personally in the lobby speaking with guests and checking on their experience. I even saw him walking around making sure everything was running well. That kind of presence really says a lot about how the hotel is managed. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I truly appreciate the effort from the whole team. I would definitely come back again.
