Lovely stay at this property! The Katikies staff were so friendly & accommodating which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Elia beach 0.4 miles to eat… very hilly don’t recommend walking.. beautiful property

It was really inconvenient location, all the villas have really bad sewer smell, wifi didn’t work at all. Tv was not working the whole time. Not family friendly. Pool was too deep overall bad experience

We really liked this place because of how spacious it was. It is basically an airbnb. However, we did not realize how windy everything was so if you aren't in summer months, be prepared. Views are great, Service is awesome and you can get them to help with reserving other things. I would definitely go hear again but you 100% need to rent a car. taxis get expensive "all the way (25 min)" out there. Remember, this is Katikies Villas and not the regular hotel more centrally located to the main town. If you want to party and be more inside of all the Mykonos vibes, choose a spot closer to town. We had a car so it was easy for us to get places we wanted to go.

Las villas son lindisimas, súper amplias, con pileta y terraza propia, con una vista divina, te podes quedar todo el día contemplando ese paraíso La atención de Vaggelis Tzaridis no pudo haber sido mejor. En todo momento pendiente que todo este bien, que lo estemos pasando bárbaro, solucionando todo y dándonos las mejores recomendaciones, muy atento y siempre con una sonrisa. The villas are very nice, if you’re seeking an Airbnb-like experience. However, if you prefer a hotel experience, this is not the place for you. Since they are no longer associated with Leading Hotels of the World, many amenities and services are no longer offered. This was not communicated to us at any point. Although they market themselves as a luxurious property, I did not feel the luxury during my stay. Many advertised features were not available. For instance, we were supposed to receive a welcome basket, but it was not provided. The breakfast was also disappointing; instead of a plated meal, we received a boxed breakfast that felt like a McDonald's Happy Meal. Additionally, there are no dining options on-site. You must order food through an Uber-like website. The property does not offer transfers either, only booking services, which are significantly overpriced. For example, a transfer arranged by the concierge was €80 each way, while we found our own transfer for €45. The villas are beautiful and each comes with a private pool, which is nice. However, you could probably get a similar experience by booking an Airbnb. I would not stay here again.

I stayed at Katikies Mykonos, and it was truly impressive. The villa was exceptionally clean, had a beautiful outlook, and the staff were respectful, amazing, and incredibly helpful. It's definitely one of the best hotels I've ever visited.

Katikies Villas is a perfect stay for couples and families looking for a serene and quieter stay in Mykonos. Each villa comes with their own private pool and beautiful views of the southern side and Elia beach. The entire staff is amazing from the chef prepared breakfast to turn down service at night. The villa manager has been so accommodating in supporting our children’s food allergies as well. If you want to visit any sites on the island they have a van service that can take you. I have enjoyed my stay here so much that I wish we could extend our visit. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come back.
