"Geo" in reception is an exceptional person who welcomed me. His joy after a 12 hour drive was a comfort and made me feel at home. The hotel is very new and is extremely comfortable. Parking was easy. Breakfast buffet has its own dining room and was very good with lots of options and covered hot plates keeping everything hot. All staff have a genuine smile and kindness and were delightful to chat with.

One of the best stays for the price. Conveniently located between Spokane and Couer d’Alene. Safe, quiet and clean. Great breakfast and bar area. Staff is very friendly and service oriented.

Beautiful new Hyatt. Fantastic fitness center! Friendly staff. Very small frig in rooms without a freezer. Plenty of parking with easy access of I-90 and very close to a grocery store.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff was friendly and very professional! The hotel and rooms were modern and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great! I was shocked how affordable my room was. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay each time I visit family in the area! I'm very impressed!

Great new hotel, convenient to CDA and Post Falls. Right off I-90 but room was very quiet. Well appointed double queen room with nice sitting area. Continental breakfast was satisfying enough for a teen boy! Staff was super friendly and very helpful.

We couldn’t be happier to have a Hyatt in North Idaho. It’s a brand-new property in a fantastic location, right between Spokane Valley and Coeur d’Alene, making it super convenient for shopping and trying out a variety of great restaurants. As Globalist members, we’re treated exceptionally well, with suite upgrades when available. The underground parking is such a nice bonus, too. Honestly, this hotel isn’t getting the love it deserves, the staff alone makes it stand out. We come to the Coeur d’Alene area quite often for my husband’s work, and this has officially become our go-to hotel.

The room was impeccably clean and the hotel itself is in pristine condition. Overall, this (by far) exceeded my expectations in terms of value. I stay at Hyatt's as often as I can because they are pretty reliable. I was surprised at how much I loved this stay. The location is a bit out of downtown - but it is a really short drive.

Excellent value and location. Hotel is super clean with covered parking. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The high-quality gym was a bonus too. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Very nice clean and quiet hotel. Room layout was great with the separate sitting area. The underground parking was a great perk, especially in the winter. Nice selection of food nearby. Highly recommend.

This hotel sets the standard for hospitality. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful in making sure we were enjoying our stay. The housekeeping staff were amazing and everything was kept extremely clean. They wiped down everything in the rooms from the entry doors to the windows. Kids enjoyed the pool and the parking garage was a bonus.
