Staff Albert was quite friendly and helpful, resourceful, responsive. Was reasonably priced at a great location with more of neighborhood feel and a safe, quiet street. Basement place was tasteful, roomy and a good set up.
Messages from multiple people with name of location varying was a bit confusing. Could probably use a new coat of paint soon and replace of throw rug which could be a fall hazard. Toilet/shower space narrow ie not for a large build person. But beyond these minor concerns, overall we have no regrets with booking this place.

BEWARE. There was a very loud party across the street and it went on till 430am. And owner argued with us that there has never been a party or noise.
booked a year in advance and made a date mistake and we selected non refundable and he wouldn't work at all with us. I do understand non refundable but I wanted to shift dates by one day months in advance and they wouldn't do anything and blamed the app and technology.
The host Albert was great and the place was clean and very nice besides these two issues. Just be careful.

Clean and comfortable unit in the heart of Athens. 20 min walk from virtually everything while tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. Albert was fantastic and provided solid local recommendations. Thank you!

Lovely apartment, situated close to Acropolis and museum. Great facilities inc kingsize bed, hair dryer and filtered water. Spotlessly clean and v quiet.
Albert, the manager, could not do enough for us. Booked taxis both ways to and from airport, advised us of great places to eat and how to get to key sites.

Nice property in a very walkable location. Staff was helpful and responsive to our needs such as recommendations Nd booking of transportation.

We stayed in Athens Residence Apartment for 3 nights. The place is in a safe and convenient residential area close to most of the attractions and restaurants. We walked to Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Benaki Museum, Olympic stadium and restaurants, etc. by feet. The apartment is an old building but renovated for modern amenities. Our contact and manager, Albert, was very responsive and helpful. We have had a most enjoyable stay.

经理Albert 的服务非常贴心,预早电邮沟通,得知我的到达时间,安排机场接机车辆,准备地图及介绍附近食肆,态度热诚,值得赞赏,住宿方面,环境清净,房间清洁,唯一不足的地方就是淋浴间的门,设计有点问题,坐厕位置令淋浴间门不能尽开,身形胖一点就进入不了,另外,廰的地毡也应该更换,太残旧了

We stayed in one of the semi basement apartment out of two . There are two more floors above us . This is the mixed neighborhood with working Greece people living here , safe and quiet. This is a small three room apartment with living room, bed room, small kitchen with refrigerator and electric oven . The bathroom is small but functional. There are three areas that could be improved for better stay: 1. Living room couch is dated and need either new cover or replacement.
2. Since the unit is semi basement , humidity is high and we could smell musty air . This could be mitigated by putting a portable dehumidifier in the bedroom .
3. The bathroom has smell from the sewer pipe and we let the fan running to eliminate it.
We would stay at this property in the future at other floors. Hope this help.

An excellent place to stay if you are staying in Athens. The neighbourhood is generally quiet and safe even at night. The apartment is gated and we have a friendly host, Albert, who is always in the apartment in the day to greet and assist if we needed help. Location to the nearest train station, Acropoli, is estimated to be about a 10mins walk and if there is any downside, the apartment is located on a upslope path but in Greece, buildings are located on slope generally, so it’s fine ??.

Great location in quiet residential area. Walkable to major sites. Excellent communication with management. Albert was reliable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, would stay here again.
