Brand: Hyatt Hotels and Resorts

Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. Over the following decade, Jay Pritzker and his brother, Donald Pritzker, working together with other Pritzker family business interests, grew the company into a North American management and hotel ownership company, which became a public company in 1962. In 1968, Hyatt International was formed and subsequently became a separate public company. Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation were taken private by the Pritzker family business interests in 1979 and 1982, respectively. On December 31, 2004, substantially all of the hospitality assets owned by Pritzker family business interests, including Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation, were consolidated under a single entity, now Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

  • G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r:Especially staffs here very nice , attitude is good, service so good. Surrounding of hotel is beautiful and clean. Also very sufficient in gym equipment . I planning to stay this hotel again for relax. Excellent ??
  • C?a?s?e?y? ?T?9?5:I usually stay in Marriott properties but due to road closures in the city (for rehearsals for the upcoming ASEAN summit) we moved mid holiday. This is a beautiful hotel and a welcome change to the chaos of Bukit Bintang. The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms large and well-appointed. Lots of room, a Japanese style toilet and good shower. Our room choice did not have a bathtub. Food was an excellent standard. Breakfast buffet had great choices. The a la carte dinner didn’t have enough choices but what we had was good. Shout out to the 70% Kelantan chocolate dessert. We also had a wonderful Chinese dinner at China House restaurant. The pool was lovely but unfortunately the staff did not allow us to bring pool towels to our room. That has never happened to me before. I had to insist and promise to bring them back. That was a recurrent theme for us - having young new staff probably still in training who didn’t quite have 5 star hotel quality was a little grating. Nevertheless the majority of staff were very welcoming and professional and we enjoyed our stay. I would like to try this hotel again when it’s a little more established. I may even be persuaded to reconsider my loyalty programme. PS nothing really in walking distance yet so be prepared to go elsewhere for shopping etc.
  • N?y? ?1?0?0?5:Very comfy and good services
  • o?y?o?y? ?m?e?g:I stayed there the week after it opened, and it wasn't crowded, so I was able to use all the facilities to myself. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
