h?a?m?m?a?d? ?y：One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Came with a family of five, had a great room with excellent views. But the service was unmatched. Staff made us feel at home, and took care of us like we were the only guests in the hotel. We enjoyed benefits of the gold room, including complimentary drinks, breakfast, and afternoon tea. The spa and pool were also exceptional.
A?m?i?t? ?S：What a fabulous hotel. The staff are amazing. Very attentive - particularly in the lounge. The food and breakfast are exquisite- as is the cocktail hour in the lounge. The spa facilities / gym / swimming pool are excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - and, indeed I already have a second trip booked!
R?o?a?m?3?1?6?6?8?7：Brand new hotel with excellent facilities gym, pool etc with sea view. Good location and transport connections, trains close to hotel. The best Fairmont hotel I have ever stayed in. Guest services was brilliant and very helpful. Cannot forget to mention Bochra and Toshinori, Both have excellent customer services skills and made our trip unforgettable.
访?客：The room and design was beautiful. Walking into the lobby took my breath away - the view and the grandness of the space. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. I'm really picky about hotel bathrooms. This one was clean and designed so beautifully. We were impressed with the motorized shades and the view from the room. Bluetooth speaker was a nice bonus. Connecting to that and the tv apps was easy. Not much to do in the area. It's quiet and clean, if that's what you're looking for. But the fun stuff isn't too far away. Getting to the hotel was a bit tricky using GoogleMaps. We took the metro from HND. One of the employees saw us lugging our things up the driveway and ran over and got them for us. It felt like we had been rescued because we were walking around for a while and were all sweaty. LOL
