Guest：A strange set up run like an old USA motel. Cleanliness was good and there were tea and coffee facilities in the room with top ups from reception. There is no restaurant and the breakfast bag says it all. In the evening there is an on site Indian restaurant which was also clean and virtually empty probably, in my opinion, because they do not have a licence for alcohol
Guest：Arrived Saturday 6th December2025 . Had to wait 1 hour to book in having been told I could book in at 3pm .Reception staff arrived at 4.30pm . The Disabled ,Ladies, and Gents toilets were each out of order extremely unfortunate . The own line facility for booking was also not working . Very bad for such a prestigious sounding hotel . When eventually in room it was cold and uninviting . Turned radiator on but was only luke warm .Very bad night sleep due to cold draughty room bedding felt cold being an elderly asmatic this was totally unacceptable . Left in morning without breakfast or shower to warm up elsewhere .The hotel also lacked bar facilities .Very disappointed stay would not recommend .
Guest：Not a bad hotel, clean and tidy. Quiet, countryside location.? Plenty of parking, Indian restaurant attached.? “Breakfast” could do with some work. TBH I wouldn’t bother with again.
Guest：A lovely location. Reception staff very helpful. The let down was the shower. The pressure was non existent, which was such a shame as that is a basic requirement for a hotel.
