H?I?R?O?M?I：We stayed just one night however, we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and all the amenities were excellent. We were grateful for the free shuttle bus to Osaka JR station.
G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：A good hotel where you can get a free shuttle to Osaka station and to USJ. The service by the staff was also top notch.
P?i?n?k?o?z?x?c：Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.
6?0? ?T?r?a?v?e?l：This is an old school 1980s style 5 star hotel with many restaurants and some branded boutiques located in the building. Service staff are polite and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Rihga!
