O?t?t?i?l?i?a? ?F：In one word: it was excellent. Nice, friendly and always smiling staff, clean rooms, good and varied food and drinks, many good organized programs to visit around. It was an unforgettable holiday :) For sure I will recommend to my friends. Thank you :)
F?r?e?y?a? ?P：The best stay! We arrived to Bellagio on the 22nd of August for 12 nights and enjoyed every second. We checked into a family room 1175 and it was perfect (based on a family of 4) it was clean and had plenty of space etc. food was good and never felt too busy as there were so many places to eat. Staff were really the highlight as they are always keen to help in any way possible . The animation team were so fun and brought the energy every day with plenty of activities including volleyball, water polo, stretching etc aswell as the management team if you had any issues. Cleaners were brilliant and air con in the room was also great. Towels were easy to get as it was a card system and they were very friendly! Safy was particularly great helping us with tips in Egypt (as it was our first time) and was always available and on hand!! Thank you safy! The pools were clean and the beach was also good. The marina was not too far and worth a visit with lots of restaurants to choose from!! taxis are cheap so overall was an amazing stay! Thank you so much!
D?a?v?e?0?1?0?2：Wow what a hotel this is! I have stayed all over the world and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel facilities are excellent, there are plenty of bars pools and restaurants, with food available for most of the day. The quality of the food is very good, the menu doesn’t have typical English dishes but you don’t come to Egypt to eat English food. The food from the BBQ and pita oven is excellent and changes every day. The Al a Carte restaurants are very good, we tried all three and each time we had beautiful meals. The hotel is very clean with people working round the clock and the rooms are of a high standard. All staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Special shout out to Ms Safy who helped with a number of things including getting tape and cardboard for an improvised suitcase repair after being damaged in Cairo. The entertainment team are very good, the night time shows were always interesting though they only last about 30mins, in between kiddy disco and adult disco. The jazz bar might be the nicest bar on site but only opens when sport is on. There isn’t much outside of the hotel, but do visit the 3 pyramid’s shop across the road and walk left. The prices are very good. We went to the marina which is beautiful and also the aquarium where to our surprise you can hand feed monkeys! We also did the glass bottom boat which we booked through the hotel, the glass bottom boat is the best we’ve been on due to the variety of fish you see. We also went on an overnight trip to Cairo which we booked before travelling and I would greatly recommend this. It’s a tiring 2 days but you get to see so much. In conclusion if you are looking for a beautiful hotel with excellent food, service and facilities the Bellagio is the hotel for you.
N?e?v?e?n?a? ?S：Rooms cleaned every day and sheets changed everyday too. Mini bar filled only when you leave the tip to a cleaning guy (dollar or two). Direct sea view very nice Pretty loud at nights during the shows but shows ends around 22.30-23h Entertainment crew very polite and non-pushy, big hug to our girl Alexia! Keep up the great work and hoping we'll meet again soon! Beach clean with the softest sand I've ever seen. Never too crowded and there is always room for everyone, on the beach and at any of the pools. Many restaurants, bars and shops at the resort. Food is diverse, there is something for everyone, for anyone's taste. Highly recommended
