First of all we are pleased that you appreciated our location and enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of our guest rooms with our comfortable carat beds. Of course also took note of the negative points you raised and deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the elevator situation. A renowned specialist company was immediately contracted to carry out the repairs. Unfortunately, not all the necessary spare parts have arrived yet. We can assure you that it is one of our top priorities that all elevators are available again as soon as possible. Regarding our air conditioning, the systems are being serviced. Until the maintenance work has been completed, our guest rooms are offered and sold without air conditioning. We hope, despite your recent experiences to welcome you again soon.
